Unloading Process Flow

At this time, the pressure inside the tanker rises, the pressure inside the storage tank falls, and the liquid inside the tanker flows into the storage tank.

Liquid Transportation

At the beginning, the liquid phase pipe between the tanker and the storage tank will be opened, if the liquid level in the tanker is higher than the storage tank, it will automatically flow into the storage tank, and when it reaches equilibrium, the flow will stop. If the liquid level in the tanker is lower than that in the storage tank, the compressor will be started directly and the four-way valve will be in the positive position, so that the gas will be extracted from the storage tank by the compressor and pressurized and then discharged into the tanker. At this time, the pressure in the tank car rises, the pressure in the storage tank falls, and the liquid in the tank car flows into the storage tank. (As shown in the figure below)

Residual Liquid Recovery

The residual liquid recovery process is the opposite of liquid delivery. After the liquid has been conveyed, the four-way valve should be reversed and the dotted line piping in the diagram closed. At this time, the remaining gas in the tanker is sucked in by the compressor, pressurized and discharged to the storage tank until the pressure of the remaining gas drops to the point where it has no recovery value. When recovering, pay attention to the compressor pressure ratio and exhaust temperature not to exceed the permissible values.

Trigger the four-way valve handle, when the four-way valve is in the position shown in the figure a, then the A end is inlet, the gas flows from A to B, through the receiver, intake filter parts, compressor intake pipe, compressor, compressor exhaust pipe, D end flows to C end, C end is the exhaust end.

When the four-way valve is in position B, then end C is inlet, the gas flows from end C to end B, through the receiver, inlet filter parts, compressor inlet pipe, compressor, compressor exhaust pipe, end D flows to end A, end A is the exhaust end.
