Working principle
The diaphragm compressor structure is mainly composed of motor, base, crankcase, crankshaft linkage mechanism, cylinder components, crankshaft connecting rod, piston, oil and gas pipeline, electric control system and some accessories.
The principle of the compressor is that the gas is completely isolated from the hydraulic oil through the metal diaphragm (generally 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 00Cr15Ni5 can be separately purchased), and the compression process does not cause any pollution, completely avoiding the contact between the hydraulic oil and the gas, causing gas pollution to reduce the purity of the gas. At the same time, the main disadvantages of the diaphragm compressor are: the volumetric compressor can not make the cylinder bore very large due to its structure and speed form, so the displacement will also be affected, and the displacement cannot be like the air compressor and the piston type. The compressor is made so large; the main wearing parts are metal diaphragms, and the service life is generally not less than 4000 hours.
