Product Description
The Insertion Fan is a compact yet versatile fan manufactured by Jier. This fan is suitable for a wide variety of air circulation needs in commercial and industrial applications, including air curtains, air heaters, ceiling, wall, floor and other air chambers, dryers, dust collectors, kilns, ovens, packaged air handling equipment, space heaters, paint booths, and other high temperature applications.
Plug-in fans are housed in the enclosure of the user's specific application, i.e., the system air chamber is the fan housing. This design often eliminates the need for duct connections and motor support standoffs, saving space for the user; the plug-in fan features a single suction, backward curved flat blade and non-overloaded impeller design. The welded construction of the plug-in fan makes it suitable for most industrial applications. The customer's furnace wall or optional insulated insert protects the insert fan motor and the belt and pulleys from the high temperatures inside the furnace.
